Responsibilities
- Develop individualized goals for each student, monitor progress, and adjust instruction to foster success
- Collaborate with faculty and administrators to differentiate curricula for all students
- Build positive relationships with families through regular communication, conferences, and ongoing student updates
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and empowered to learn
