About the role

  • Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) services.
  • Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Reports to: Executive Director Location: 100% onsite in Norwood, MA.
  • Clinical hours are ideally Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 1:00 EST, with one hour of rounds and one hour of direct supervision with the psychiatrist each week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric assessment findings.
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, particularly in a PHP/IOP setting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and advancements in psychiatric care.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic support to Adults and Adolescents enrolled in our PHP and IOP programs.
  • You will collaborate with other clinicians, including psychiatrists, therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence.

  • $64.90 - $96.30 USD
