About the role

  • We have an opportunity for a Production Technician - Mogul to join our team.
  • In this role, you will produce packaged candies according to Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards.
  • You will follow specific instructions from the Production Manager and work under general supervision to meet daily packaging schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Support safe and efficient changeover of packaging lines
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of area, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
  • Ability to follow instructions, guidelines, and use experience and judgment to accomplish goals
  • Capable of performing a variety of tasks autonomously and with proficiency
  • Ability to work under general supervision
  • Ability to stand, talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel
  • Ability to focus on moving, very close, and very far images and distinguish subtle color differences clearly
  • Ensure all necessary packaging materials and supplies are available as required by the production schedule
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment appropriately
  • Participate in all required training to perform job responsibilities effectively
