About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team, with a strong background in class actions and employment law.
  • This role is ideal for an attorney who is eager to take ownership of significant cases, move matters forward efficiently, and contribute to the firm's growth.
  • The right candidate will be comfortable navigating both individual and large-scale cases, including federal court litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage employment law and class action cases, from intake through resolution.
  • Collaborate with co-counsel on large-scale class actions and independently manage smaller matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Maintain high professional and ethical standards consistent with firm values.
  • Autonomy to manage significant matters, with support from experienced co-counsel where appropriate.

Nice to have

  • Licensed to practice in New York (required)
  • admission to New Jersey (preferred, not required).
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Compensation
