About the role

  • You'll be responsible for leading large-scale projects that enhance our product and infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery while managing stakeholder relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new products and features through the development process, serving as a central source of truth for the who, why, what, when, and how of projects you manage
  • Develop the requirements to deliver projects successfully by working backwards from target outcomes
  • Be a driving force in the organization of customer requests and issues, and collaborate with team leads to balance them against larger product initiatives
  • Manage the lifecycle of Engineering tasks and projects, and collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders across the whole company

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have:

Nice to have

  • 2+ years experience driving technical projects in professional settings, with technical program management experience being a plus
  • Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in an a fast-paced and frequently evolving environment
  • Leadership experience that exemplifies curiosity, compassion, and empathy
  • Computer Science background or other technical / quantitative orientation
  • Prior startup experience is a plus

  • Merge's enterprise-grade platform handles the entire integration lifecycle, from authentication and security to monitoring and maintenance.

Compensation

  • The cash compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications.
  • In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package
