Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative and digital support (Power BI, Power Apps, iObeya, Dec, GoGemba, Microsoft Forms, Excel.
- Manage a project to update the department's Environmental and Safety Management systems, preparing correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents.
- Support ISO50001 and ISO14001 initiatives.
- Lead a project specific to migrating risk assessments from a local platform to QualiPSO.
- Support Mosaic initiatives as needed, reviewing global SOPs compared to local SOPs.
- Collaborate beyond your expertise, sparking new ideas with diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or Environmental related disciplines.
Nice to have
- At least 1 year full time work experience related to the position.
- Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience with iObeya, Dec, Power BI, Power Apps would be preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and multitask in a fast, priority-switching environment.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Basic Computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- An authentic interest in Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Education: Master's Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or Environmental related disciplines.
- Languages: Advanced English skills.
