Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative and digital support (Power BI, Power Apps, iObeya, Dec, GoGemba, Microsoft Forms, Excel.
  • Manage a project to update the department's Environmental and Safety Management systems, preparing correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents.
  • Support ISO50001 and ISO14001 initiatives.
  • Lead a project specific to migrating risk assessments from a local platform to QualiPSO.
  • Support Mosaic initiatives as needed, reviewing global SOPs compared to local SOPs.
  • Collaborate beyond your expertise, sparking new ideas with diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or Environmental related disciplines.

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year full time work experience related to the position.
  • Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with iObeya, Dec, Power BI, Power Apps would be preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and multitask in a fast, priority-switching environment.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations.
  • Basic Computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • An authentic interest in Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Education: Master's Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or Environmental related disciplines.
  • Languages: Advanced English skills.
