About the role
- Position Objective The Flooring Installer is responsible for laying down a variety of floor materials based on client specifications, including carpet, carpet tile, ceramic tile, hardwood, LVT, and LVP.

- This position supports Northtown Flooring, a subcontracting division of Centric, focused on delivering projects with the same excellence and client-first mindset that defines the Centric brand.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and Centric safety requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- A valid driver's license is required
- OSHA-10 certification is required within 30 days of employment
- Two (2) years of previous work experience in a construction-related field
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of different flooring types and installation methods
- Ability to properly care for and use tools of the trade
- Demonstrates an ability to prioritize tasks
Nice to have
- Telehandler certification is preferred
