About the role

  • As a Behavior Technician at Ally Behavior, you will work to provide 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to early learners with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans that are unique to each child
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled
  • Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Maintain open communication with families and clinical team to ensure the most effective treatment and goals

Requirements

  • Ability to work 8:30 am
  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, run, squat or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children required (nanny, teacher, camp counselor, etc)
  • experience with children who have developmental delays or special needs preferred

Compensation

  • $35,000 - $40,000 USD
  • Note: This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
