About the role
- Please note: We are looking for someone who is capable of cleaning, handling trash and porter duties in addition to being handy to handle service requests.
- This is a full-time position based in Jamaica Queens.
- This will include scope of work, budgets, timelines, justifications, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop contract scopes of work, qualify vendors and review / level all bids Manage all maintenance associate duties including scheduling, work assignments, follow up and measuring performance, ensure standards are met, etc.
