- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)- Full Time MindCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
- The ideal candidate will excel in both acute and chronic psychiatric care, delivering high-quality mental health services to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- This role involves rounding in a hospital, conducting Emergency Department (ED) and Inpatient (IP) consults, managing psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans, and collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities
- The provider will also participate in outpatient psychiatric services, including medication management and follow-up care, to support continuity of treatment and positive patient outcomes.
