- Industrial engineers will examine manufacturing processes to identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption, streamline production times, and minimize the use of resources while ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Designs efficient production processes and workflows.
- Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes.
- Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues.
- Works with other departments to develop design and production standards.
- Designs facility layout and personnel requirements in relation to production operations.
- Helps to develop instruction manuals, process documentation for production personnel.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methods will be a key skill for this role.
- BS in industrial engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering required
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
