APEX is a leader in the fire sprinkler supply and fabrication.
This role is responsible for reviewing fire protection system drawings, performing material take-offs, preparing fabrication lists, and supporting project execution from the pre-construction stage through fabrication.

Coordinate work with design team and office staff
Create legible material lists and fabrication cut sheets
Fabrication & Production Support
Support the preparation and maintenance of fabrication documentation.
Collaborate with Sprinkler Designers, Estimators, Project Managers, Purchasing personnel, and Field Supervisors.
Assist with procurement planning by identifying long-lead materials and specialty items.
Support project handoff meetings and ongoing project coordination activities.
Maintain organized project documentation and records.

University degree or College Diploma in Engineering an asset.
Must be able to read and understand building blueprints.
Knowledge in the fire sprinkler industry & codes an asset

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Blueprint & Material Take-Off Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with Designers, Project Managers, Estimators, Fabrication personnel, and Field Operations to ensure accurate material procurement and fabrication planning.
This position plays a critical role in supporting project efficiency, reducing material waste, and ensuring fabrication packages are complete and accurate before production.
