About the role

We are seeking a key team member to serve as a Senior Consultant responsible for driving client success, overseeing high-impact project delivery, and managing revenue growth.
This role blends account ownership, delivery excellence, and people leadership to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients and strong financial performance for the firm.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in one or more of the following strategic domains: Digital Transformation, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Change Management.

Lead clients and internal teams to design innovative solutions and shape deliverables that precisely address client challenges
Deliver projects that meet or exceed margin targets while maintaining high quality
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients through strong relationships and reliability
Lead account planning and align client needs with AMEND's capabilities, identifying and closing cross-practice expansions into new project work
Own revenue targets, forecast accurately, and ensure timely billing
You elevate others-developing talent, shaping culture, and contributing to AMEND's leadership pipeline

Proven track record of revenue ownership and client success
Expertise in strategic prioritization to ensure focus on highest-impact efforts and outcomes
You are a trusted advisor to your clients and a catalyst for their growth
You are an enterprise program manager for AMEND's large accounts
Experience leading or delivering initiatives in the following areas-process improvement, quality improvement, and technology implementation (digital applications, ERP program management, applied AI and analytical solutions)
