Responsibilities
- Preconstruction Support
- Primary Responsibility: The primary responsibility of the Construction Closeout Coordinator will be to manage the punch, closeout and warranty processes of GCHP construction projects.
- Maintain log of all issues and their status throughout warranty period and coordinate with project team to conduct all end-of-warranty-period walks.
- Support design development reviews for constructability, value engineering, and cost control.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in construction, development, or project management support.
- Familiarity construction management related software and proficiency with MS Office applications.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Experience with multifamily, affordable housing, healthcare, or commercial development.
- Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, Section 3, or public funding compliance (if applicable).
- Cost estimating or budget management experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
