EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*
Minimum 8 years of work experience with 7 years of Healthcare commercial experience

Demonstrated strong knowledge of strategic planning, needs assessment, adult learning, and cost benefit analysis
Minimum 2 years' experience in Instructional Design (preferred)

Demonstrates creative, practical problem solving

Oversee platform‑level delivery, vendors, and budget, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and to Johnson & Johnson standards.
Use insights and data to inform curriculum decisions, enablement improvements, and investment trade‑offs.
Communicate performance insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership in a concise, decision‑oriented manner.
Identify opportunities to modernize enablement through automation, modularization, and improved content reuse.
Bachelor's Degree
Proven ability to understand business strategy
Knowledge of Wound Closure and Healing business (preferred)

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
