Responsibilities

  • Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, CEO Communications based in the United States.
  • You will develop strategic narratives, thought leadership initiatives, and communications programs that influence key audiences across media, digital channels, and industry platforms.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including corporate communications, marketing, investor relations, legal, and brand teams to align messaging with business priorities.
  • Approximately 20% travel to support meaningful in-person collaboration and relationship building.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a strategic communications professional with extensive experience supporting senior executives in complex, high-growth environments.
  • You should have exceptional storytelling abilities, strong media expertise, and the ability to operate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience directly supporting and advising C-suite executives in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to capture an executive leader's authentic voice.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and its impact on communications, with the ability to identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing executive social media channels and understanding digital engagement trends is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology, cloud communications, APIs, data platforms, or corporate technology environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in both agency and in-house communications environments is preferred.

Skills

  • Advise senior stakeholders on communications strategy, reputation management, and opportunities to strengthen external positioning.

Compensation

  • Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington D.C.: $141,520 - $176,900 USD annually
  • $149,840 - $187,300 USD annually
  • New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside the San Francisco Bay area): $149,840 - $187,300 USD annually
  • San Francisco Bay Area, California: $166,400 - $208,000 USD annually
