Responsibilities
- Own a standing portfolio of open requisitions across assigned business lines, managing the full recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, close, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and set realistic timelines for each requisition.
- Maintain accurate, real-time requisition and candidate data in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday), and track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source-of-hire metrics.
- Design and launch a scalable, full-cycle intern program in coordination with key leadership stakeholders, and manage program coordination end to end.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with universities and community organizations to support early career talent acquisition.
- Develop branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice on campus.
- Research key information and develop a project plan with timelines and deliverables to enable kickoff in October 2026.
- Manage Co-Op program, ensuring top student talent is identified and business units across the company have the opportunity to take advantage of the program.
- Partner with hiring managers, mentors, and business leaders to align intern, Co-Op, early career, and open-requisition placements with business needs.
- Experience building and managing scalable programs related to early career development.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, campus recruiting, or an early career program, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future, to be considered.
Nice to have
- HR operations and/or talent management experience is a plus.
Skills
- Working knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking platforms (e.g., Workday).
