About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our multidisciplinary team.
- You'll help craft high impact digital products that solve real-world business problems, from AI tools to complex data dashboards.
- You'll thrive in this role if you work efficiently and independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and bring strategic thinking to client challenges.
Responsibilities
- At Osedea, design plays a strategic role.
- You'll lead the end-to-end design process, from framing user and business problems to delivering high-fidelity solutions alongside developers.
- Practical design challenge (based on fictional case) 3.
- You are highly efficient and autonomous, able to manage your time and priorities with minimal oversight.
- You bring a strategic lens to design problems, considering both user needs and business objectives.
- You are fluent in Figma, you have high skill working within design systems and responsive design across devices and platforms
Requirements
- You have proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- You have experience in an Agile methodology team.
Nice to have
- You have 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a consulting, agency, or tech environment.
- It's a plus if you have experience working
