Responsibilities

  • Create and foster a customer-centric shop culture
  • Lead and coach shop trainers in effective training to ensure retention and minimize employee turnover
  • Build Effective Teams
  • Maintain oversight of all hourly positions to ensure all company standards are being met

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Have at least two years of experience in a related service industry
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift

Skills

  • Utilize and oversee established systems, tools, and procedures

Compensation

  • $25.50 per hour ($19/hr + $6.50/hr average in tips)
