High School diploma or equivalent required.
3 + years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving chemical production or manual assembly.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface across all levels of the organization.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Scope of Position
Primarily responsible for performing manufacturing activities necessary to produce chemistry products in a lead capacity.
The Chemistry Production Lead adheres to standard work procedures to optimize chemical production processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
This position drives continuous improvement and positively influences team productivity through leadership and guidance
This position reports to the Production Manager.
This role is onsite and is based in Fort Myers, Florida.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and regulate work assignments and workflow of the chemistry production team in alignment with Production Manager directives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating escalations and production-related concerns to management.
Ensure team members are properly trained and provide ongoing support to monitor and improve performance.
