Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 + years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving chemical production or manual assembly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface across all levels of the organization.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

  • Scope of Position
  • Primarily responsible for performing manufacturing activities necessary to produce chemistry products in a lead capacity.
  • The Chemistry Production Lead adheres to standard work procedures to optimize chemical production processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • This position drives continuous improvement and positively influences team productivity through leadership and guidance
  • This position reports to the Production Manager.
  • This role is onsite and is based in Fort Myers, Florida.
  • Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and regulate work assignments and workflow of the chemistry production team in alignment with Production Manager directives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating escalations and production-related concerns to management.
  • Ensure team members are properly trained and provide ongoing support to monitor and improve performance.
