About the role
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and financial aspects of multiple or more complex assigned construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and Improve Project Financial Performance across complex or multiple projects
- Maintain strong Day-to-Day Client & Partner Relationships
- Lead projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Manage multiple or complex project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

- Strategic leadership across multiple or complex projects
- Strong financial accountability and margin ownership
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced risk assessment and decision-making under pressure
- Client relationship management and repeat-work focus
- Advanced budget forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Schedule analysis and recovery planning (P6/MS Project)
- Contract negotiation and subcontract buyout strategy
- Oversight of documentation workflows (RFIs, submittals, COs)
- Proficiency in Procore, Sage, Timberscan, Excel, and Power BI
