About the role

  • We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Raleigh, North Carolina in a hybrid capacity.
  • This position plays a key role in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, hiring process execution, and candidate experience management.
  • include generating candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle with opportunities to deepen your expertise in talent acquisition and influence hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Process background checks, reference checks, and manage necessary onboarding tasks to support new hire integration
  • Manage requisition and candidate workflow in the applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and timely communication
  • Run recruiter and candidate reports to track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and support data-driven decision making
  • The ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment support
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise human resources information systems
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment or staffing operations
