About the role

  • Oversee and train analyst and associate colleagues to complete pitches and execute transactions

Responsibilities

  • Support the deal team in originating and executing warehouse and term ABS transactions, which includes analysis, idea generation and execution
  • Develop pitch book materials to support transaction pipeline
  • Support and execute all aspects of transactions, including reviewing and analyzing portfolio specific data and cash-flows, coordinating internal processes related to warehouse financing, and managing all stakeholders to execute warehouse and term ABS transactions

Requirements

  • Participate in special assignments and projects as required
  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • A minimum of 5 years related ABS work experience
  • Ability to learn new asset classes quickly
  • Strong decision making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgment
  • A proactive, motivated approach, and ability to take ownership of projects
  • The ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly

Nice to have

  • Prior ABS banking experience required.
  • Experience in traditional ABS asset classes is preferred, but not required

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation

  • The typical base pay range for this role is between $225-$272K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
