- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and strategies that are individualized to the learner.

Requirements
- High value and understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the ability to apply these practices
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- If you have these attributes:
- Experience with electronic data collection services.
- Our focus is on establishing a strong understanding of each child's needs and teaching them skills that lead to greater independence and an enhanced quality of life.
Nice to have
- BCBA Required, LBA preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
