Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will drive the design and evolution of impactful leadership experiences that strengthen leadership capabilities, support business priorities, and enable leaders to succeed in an increasingly dynamic environment.
  • As a Manager, Leadership Programs & Capability Development, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global leadership programs and development solutions, ensuring they create measurable impact and align with Ingredion's leadership philosophy and enterprise objectives.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and managing leadership development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong program and project management experience, including budget ownership and stakeholder management.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors, consultants, and leadership development providers.

Skills

  • Translate leadership strategies and capability priorities into scalable, business-relevant learning journeys and development experiences.

Compensation

  • $102,100.00-$136,166.67 Annual
  • This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
  • As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
  • Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
