Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support for a private credit portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various loan types, including Home Equity Agreements and commercial loans.
- Act as the primary liaison with third-party servicers, custodians, and banking partners to facilitate seamless operations.
- Monitor and process cash movements, including loan fundings, borrower payments, and cash sweeps, to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support transaction closings by coordinating operational diligence and ensuring timely data delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-5+ years of experience in private credit operations, loan operations, or asset management operations.
- Hands-on experience with Home Equity Agreements, commercial loans, or residential mortgage products.
- Strong understanding of loan servicing, cash flow mechanics, and collateral structures.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in managing large datasets.
- Experience with Non-Qualified mortgage products or home improvement loans.
- Familiarity with operational matrices and compliance monitoring.
