About the role
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Warren, OH.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, excels at troubleshooting, and is passionate about leading teams to success through continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with operations to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and enhancing production efficiency
- Leads preventive and predictive maintenance efforts to improve equipment reliability and control costs
- Manages maintenance budget, tracks R&M costs, and identifies opportunities for cost reduction
- Identifies and leads capital investment projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
- Provides technical support during equipment breakdowns, ensuring safe and efficient recovery of operations
- Conducts employee evaluations, sets performance goals, and manages corrective action when needed
- Leads special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager
Requirements
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical supervisory experience in a heavy industrial setting
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and safety regulations
