About the role
- Position Overview Turner Staffing Group is seeking experienced Underground Construction Supervisors to support a major underground decline infrastructure project for a new mine development. This role will oversee underground construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and quality
- standards. Project length is expected to be 6-8 months in length. Schedule: Ideally, 5 days on/4 off. Will consider other rotations for the right candidate. Company-provided truck or transportation Cell phone Laptop Additional project resources provided as required Candidates with startup mine construction experience are strongly preferred. Key
Responsibilities
- Lead daily safety efforts, including job hazard analyses, field-level risk assessments, and incident follow-up.
- Develop and execute weekly construction plans in coordination with project leadership.
- Support workforce development through coaching, performance management, and mentoring.
