This role requires a highly skilled sourcing and talent intelligence professional with expertise in executive research, talent mapping, market analysis, candidate engagement, and competitive intelligence.

Develop Executive Talent Mapping & Research Strategies Build comprehensive talent maps, organizational charts, and executive market landscapes for critical and confidential leadership searches.
Create and maintain talent intelligence reports, succession pipelines, and candidate market analyses.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities, leadership requirements, and workforce planning needs.
Partner with Strategic Workforce Intelligence and talent research resources to leverage market data and talent insights.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building strategies.
Build diverse leadership pipelines that support current and future organizational needs.
Deliver Talent Intelligence and Market Insights Provide talent market intelligence, competitor analysis, compensation insights, and organizational benchmarking.
Present findings and recommendations to Executive Search Partners and stakeholders.
Support talent strategy discussions with data-driven insights and research-backed recommendations.
Partner with Executive Search Stakeholders Collaborate closely with Executive Search Partners to support complex and senior-level searches.

& Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in executive sourcing, executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or retained search.

Experience supporting executive search firms, internal executive recruiting teams, or leadership hiring functions.
Experience within semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, cloud, AI, or related industries.
Familiarity with executive talent assessment frameworks and succession planning practices.
Experience with Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, hireEZ, or similar talent intelligence platforms.
The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
