This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
Customer Experience Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.

Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
Team & Organizational Success Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
