About the role

  • The Manager also identifies and evaluates opportunities for new 3rd-party partnerships or product categories that could expand the portfolio.
  • Regular attendance is a requirement of the role.
  • Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations.

Responsibilities

  • Job Duties • Identify an appropriate mix of leisure products in the assigned market, including hotels, car rentals, and other offerings. • Manage markup pricing of 3rd-party products on the Allegiant website. • Build and maintain relationships with hotel and car rental operators. • Negotiate agreements for access to product inventory at best-available economics. • Work with product partners to identify promotional opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to execute them. • Work with the team to ensure all negotiated agreements, rates, and content are properly loaded into the system for sale. • Work with the team to ensure all sold products are properly fulfilled through product partners. • Work with Technology and Ecommerce teams to ensure content and pricing appear accurately on the website. • Identify an appropriate mix of leisure products in the assigned market, including hotels, attractions, shows, and other offerings. • Ensure any direct reports understand and apply the Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities, as appropriate. • Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strategic, operational, and technical marketing and management skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers and the associated programs utilized (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and reservations software).
  • Must have basic math, vocabulary, and reading skills.
  • Excellent judgment in making solid business decisions and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent understanding of supply and demand economics.
  • Possesses refined analytical skills for spotting trends and identifying anomalies, as well as effectively and efficiently solving problems.
  • Excellent management skills in task prioritization and upstream and downstream communication.

Compensation

  • $80k-$100k
