Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of technician engagement and retention.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Manage inventory and readiness of special tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with regional TDA (Technician Development Advisor) to support technician onboarding and career development.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes to maintain adequate staffing levels.
  • Our Shop Foreman will lead our team of Ford Technicians in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards!
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient workshop operations, developing technicians and upholding safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Create false or misleading representations of identity (e.g., deepfakes or altered images/videos)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the automotive field as a FORD technician.
  • Familiarity with applications like MS Office, CDK, myKaarma, Factory Training Sites, and Cherwell.
  • OEM Training/Certification - Master or highest applicable level.
  • Additional education, certifications, or related experience is preferred, including ASE Certification and an Associate's degree in auto maintenance and repair.
  • Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Willingness to satisfy Holman's background requirements, drug and physical
  • Compensation models a Base & Bonus' based on Shop Hours and Aftersales Gross Profit

Compensation

  • We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full time employees.
  • The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
  • Achieve monthly shop hour targets aligned with the annual budget.
