Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through the design process, ensuring the successful implementation of new features and functionalities across multiple platforms.
Solution Presentation: Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience; effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
Research and Integration: Support user experience research, share findings, and integrate insights into product development to continually refine user interactions.
Design System Management: Work within, expand, and maintain a comprehensive and efficient design system, ensuring consistency and quality in design outputs.
Qualifications/Skills Proven Experience: 8+ years experience, with at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience.
Design Mastery: Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography.
Portfolio: Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects.
Knowledgeable in cross-platform design principles for web, iOS, and Android, ensuring seamless user experiences across all platforms.

Experience with designing in Figma, showcasing proficiency in utilizing this modern design tool for creating dynamic and responsive designs.
