About the role
- Citizens Health is looking for a full-time manager for our plant operations department.
- Days/Hours: The Plant Operations Manager supervises all of Citizens Health facilities and buildings.
- Will take call as needed Pay Range: Dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
- Maintain a positive attitude with good energy.
- Create a positive, supportive working atmosphere.
- Demonstrate professional conduct and maintains professional appearance.
Requirements
- Ability to direct and supervise others.
- Ability to plan and schedule department activities to meet the needs of the facilities.
- Drug testing is required of applicants in accordance with relevant laws.
- At least three years plant operations experience.
- Familiar with electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and construction codes and practices.
Nice to have
- High school graduate or equivalence, with technical school or college preferred.
- Management experience preferred.
Compensation
- Dependent upon experience.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and repair work is completed.
- Administer non-technical areas of the department.
- Supervise construction and remodeling.
- Repair buildings and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
