Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of related experience, 3 years with Masters, 1 year with PhD.
1+ year experience in team environments with technical leadership responsibilities
2+ years' experience in Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs) (Minuteman III (MMIII) or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems.
2+ years' experience in creating, updating, and maintaining requirements specifications in Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 8 years of related experience, 6 years with Masters, 4 years with PhD.
3+ years' experience in team environments with technical leadership responsibilities.
5+ years' experience in ICMBs (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems.
5+ years' experience in creating, updating, and maintaining requirements specifications in DOORS.
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
2+ years' experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems.

ICBM Experience (MMIII or Sentinel).
Experience with Agile, JIRA, Confluence.
Proficiency in DOORS including DXL scripting
3+ years' experience writing requirements and/or verification plans.
Capable of working with minimal direction and in team environments.
Experience working with internal and external teams to accomplish tasking.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high value customer presentations, with ability to focus on multiple projects with competing priorities.

$98,400.00 - $147,600.00
$122,800.00 - $184,200.00
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
