Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full-stack software features across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
- Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services supporting production business applications.
- Build React and TypeScript user interfaces aligned to shared platform and design standards.
- Design and implement relational database models, schema migrations, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture decisions, technical implementation, and delivery planning.
Requirements
- The role is best suited for engineers with strong technical fundamentals, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to contribute effectively with minimal ramp-up in unfamiliar domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern full-stack development practices.
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript frontend development.
- Experience with Docker-based containerization and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems, codebases, and architectural patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in distributed engineering environments.
- Experience integrating with financial systems, operational platforms, or enterprise business applications is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is required.
