About the role
- This is an entry-level role on the Accounting team for someone who is eager to learn and ready to be developed.
- The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days in office at the LaGrange campus.
Responsibilities
- Support the financial close: Learn and assist with month-end close, including preparing journal entries, accrual adjustments, and account reconciliations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work with AI and technology: Help build and improve accounting workflows and system integrations-using AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and speed up reporting.
- Assist with reporting and analysis: Pull data, build simple reports, and respond to ad hoc questions from across the business as you learn how the numbers connect to the work.
- Investigate and reconcile: Track, research, and help resolve exception-based transactions while developing your problem-solving instincts.
- Learn, document, and improve: Document the processes you learn, ask good questions, and bring fresh ideas for how we can do things better.
- Collaborate: Build relationships across the Finance team and partner with other departments to get work done.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- We participate in E-Verify as required by applicable law.

Compensation
- $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 USD
