About the role
- This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon.
- The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs.
- This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
Responsibilities
- The Marketing Specialist - Key Accounts leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across key wholesale partners in North America.
- Manage and develop marketing relationships across key wholesale accounts, serving as a primary partner for marketing strategy and execution.
- Drive sell through and conversion initiatives in partnership with wholesale accounts, including planning, communication, and execution of account-specific programs and campaigns.
- Own execution of marketing media programs supporting wholesale business, including budget allocation, vendor management, creative development, reporting, and recapping.
- Lead ongoing marketing to support wholesale account performance and sell-through, leveraging a range of tactics tailored to individual account needs and growth opportunities.
- Partner with wholesale accounts to support joint campaigns, product launches, and key moments, ensuring strong brand representation, consistency and alignment.
- Identify and lead new opportunities to influence sell in to driving sell through in accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Ecommerce, Legal, Design, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution across wholesale initiatives.
- Able to solve complex problems, and develop independent creative solutions based on the evaluation of multiple options.
- Able to engage with business partners and leaders up and down the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
