Responsibilities
- Ensures own production conforms to requirements of quality and schedule.
- Maintains work area in a clean, repaired and organized manner
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of the correct use of hand power tools
- Ability to adhere to safety procedures, rules, and regulations at all times, and to wear personal protective equipment while on the factory floor, including, without limitation: safety glasses
- Additionally, the ability to execute repairs, inspect prior to final acceptance and final process are all required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communicates and works well with others
- Safety commitment
- Good hand dexterity
- Read and interpret work instructions
Nice to have
- Guitar or musical background preferred but not required
Compensation
- If this is a remote position, the pay scale disclosed herein may be adjusted further based upon the applicable geographic differential associated with the location from which the successful candidate will work.
- Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role - especially as a new hire - and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
