About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead Onboarding end‑to‑end-from kickoff to a live, secured, and populated Infrahub deployment-then extend with additional use cases.
- Own a small portfolio of customer account: plan monthly engagement, run structured rituals, and act as a trusted technical partner all year.
- Drive technical discovery and advisory: assess environments and maturity; guide schema design, integration patterns, and architecture to unlock adoption.
- Create and improve documentation and customer evidence (guides, how‑tos, reference architectures, case studies); represent OpsMill at webinars, events, and panels; feed recurring field patterns into Product and enable the SA team.

- Proven customer‑facing presence: go deep with engineers and translate for executives
