You'll be responsible for mapping markets, identifying and qualifying acquisition opportunities, and engaging with owners to start the conversation.
This role is foundational to our growth strategy and offers direct exposure to the M&A team, leadership, and investors.

Build, manage, and maintain Titan's deal sourcing pipeline and CRM.
Support M&A Associate and leadership with market intel and target lists.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns simultaneously.
We acquire and partner with the best Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and embed AI at the core of their operations, empowering technicians to work faster, smarter, and more strategically.

3+ years of experience in business development, sourcing, investment banking, private equity, or lead generation.
Strong research skills and ability to synthesize market and company data into actionable insights.
