About the role

This role serves as a point of contact for event technology planning, partnering with stakeholders to understand AV and event technology needs and translate them into technical readiness plans for large and high-profile events and other key meetings.

Partner with event planners, communications teams, admins, and other stakeholders to gather and define event technology requirements for corporate conferences/events and other key meetings.
Coordinate with AV operators, product owners, platform vendors, network support, PC support, and other technology teams to ensure reliable and scalable event delivery.
Help maintain standards, presets, and playbooks for event and conference technology support.

5-7 years of experience in event technology, AV support, or conferencing platforms
Experience supporting live events and/or video production initiatives, with an understanding of event execution, production planning, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with event planners, vendors, and technical teams.
Ability to assess business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements and readiness activities.

Working knowledge of event platforms (ON24, Webex Events, Teams Townhall), conferencing tools, and hybrid event support models
