About the role
- The Pumice Operator in the Photo department performs pumice scrub cleaning for outer layers to prepare for coating and Hot Roller Laminator (HRL) process and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader direction, Traveler information, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintains equipment according to maintenance schedules and company procedures
- Performs other department-related tasks as needed

Requirements
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to read and understand documents such as Travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
- Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated
- Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions
- Ability to effectively follow company systems and procedures
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Overtime and Saturdays as required
