About the role

The Career Coach works closely with each participant to provide supportive services including improving resumes, advanced interview preparation, job search assistance and job coaching.
Program participants include recent arrivals who are eligible for Massachusetts Refugee Resettlement.
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Will attend occasional off-site meetings with partner organizations in and around the Boston and/or Brockton area(s).
The Career Coach initiates and sustains collaborative working relationships with a variety of local businesses to support clients' rapid job placement, retention, and career growth.
