Responsibilities
- Nursing Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the RN on the individual's care plan, reporting pertinent information such as blood glucose levels, CIWA/CINA scores, and breathalyzer results.
- Perform chart checks, sign off as a secondary verifier for prescribed medications, and ensure accurate medication reconciliation and storage.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of psychotropic medications and their applications.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the team and individuals in care.

Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic intervention techniques, with a clear understanding of safety-related roles and responsibilities.
- Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques
- All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company's exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment
