Requirements
- You're motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects at scale.
- You have strong roots in the Wisconsin construction community and understand the people, pace, and partnerships that make this market unique.

- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.).
Compensation
- $125,000 - $160,000 annual salary (paid weekly) + discretionary bonus.
