Responsibilities
- Team-building activities throughtout the year
Nice to have
- Keep close to external talent trends and landscape in the gaming industry
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including knowledge and determination of closing difficult to fill roles as well as attractive passive candidates
- BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent
- A can-do, ownership and improvement mindset for the recruitment function
- Deep knowledge and demonstrated success of recruiting various gaming roles within North America, with a focus on and understanding of AAA studios
- Excellent interviewing, networking, interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
- Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
- Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
