About the role

Applied Intuition's Program Manager - Global Mobility is a critical function within the People organization, supporting a growing workforce across 6+ countries.
This role is ideal for a trusted operator who combines deep technical immigration and mobility expertise with strong program management instincts.
Leverage AI tools actively to automate repetitive case workflows, draft communications at scale, and translate regulatory updates into manager-ready guidance

This role will partner closely with the Head of Global Mobility & Immigration for strategy and program build.
You will own a high-impact portfolio of 300+ immigration cases and 50+ international relocations, using data and AI to drive improvements in speed, quality, and cost.
Own end-to-end immigration strategy, serving as the primary SME for major US visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM) and ensuring global compliance
Build our rotation and mobility program, overseeing the complete lifecycle of international transfers, assignments, and permanent relocations
Drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes, managing vendor relationships, and defining operational KPIs like time-to-file and cost-per-matter
Design scalable manager communication systems, creating tiered guidance, intake SLAs, and self-service resources to reduce inbound noise
Support global expansion and M&A by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing to implementation playbooks for new markets

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate legal nuance into business-aligned options for senior leaders

Experience with international relocations, tax equalization, and secondment compliance
Background in high-growth tech, including multi-country expansions and M&A integration
