About the role
- Applied Intuition's Program Manager - Global Mobility is a critical function within the People organization, supporting a growing workforce across 6+ countries.
- This role is ideal for a trusted operator who combines deep technical immigration and mobility expertise with strong program management instincts.
- Leverage AI tools actively to automate repetitive case workflows, draft communications at scale, and translate regulatory updates into manager-ready guidance
Responsibilities
- This role will partner closely with the Head of Global Mobility & Immigration for strategy and program build.
- You will own a high-impact portfolio of 300+ immigration cases and 50+ international relocations, using data and AI to drive improvements in speed, quality, and cost.
- Own end-to-end immigration strategy, serving as the primary SME for major US visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM) and ensuring global compliance
- Build our rotation and mobility program, overseeing the complete lifecycle of international transfers, assignments, and permanent relocations
- Drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes, managing vendor relationships, and defining operational KPIs like time-to-file and cost-per-matter
- Design scalable manager communication systems, creating tiered guidance, intake SLAs, and self-service resources to reduce inbound noise
- Support global expansion and M&A by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing to implementation playbooks for new markets
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate legal nuance into business-aligned options for senior leaders
Nice to have
- Experience with international relocations, tax equalization, and secondment compliance
- Background in high-growth tech, including multi-country expansions and M&A integration
