About the role

Our mission is to unlock housing at scale by combining advanced manufacturing, California's new housing legislation, and thoughtful design. Backed by top-tier investors, we are scaling rapidly across ADUs, infill communities, and single-family home
- developments. We are hiring a VP of Development to own the full lifecycle of our single-family homes vertical from land acquisition through home sellout. This person will build and lead the acquisitions, sales, and market functions within the development vertical, with full P&L accountability from land basis through completed home margin. Compensation
- $225,000 - $325,000 depending on experience Performance Bonus: significant cash bonus, tied performance Equity: Meaningful equity grant commensurate with experience and seniority
