About the role
- As a senior member of the Global Enablement & Strategic Projects team, this role designs, delivers, and manages cross-functional initiatives that support the business goals of the organization.
- The incumbent leads the development and execution of enablement programs, oversees strategic projects, and partners with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- include managing the full lifecycle of projects, developing training curricula, and fostering an environment of open communication and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage & Deliver Enablement Programs: Implement customized enablement and training programs for global distribution, leveraging technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal client groups, business divisions, and departments globally.
- Training & Curriculum Development: Create role-based curricula, manage the development of instructional materials, and deliver live and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project and program effectiveness, create metrics to measure success, and report progress/issues to sponsors and steering committees.
- Experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects and developing/delivering training programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, and/or enablement/training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and project management tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- $110,000.00 - $158,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
- In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
